Since the formal establishment of Wuxi National Development Metal Resources Ltd., the opera-tion team has gradually grown from more than 10 members to 70. Most of the core team members come from the start-up teams of the metal trading sectors of Fortune 500, who have successful experience in steadily building 100 billion level trading platforms and are familiar with the characteristics of Chinese and Western bulk traders, with an average of more than 10 years in the industry and extremely rich hands-on experience and commercial resources. The other team members are mainly composed of Chinese graduates from European and US universities, foreign experts and senior personnel who have graduated from top domestic colleges and universities.
